Grape Variety: Regent & Pinot Blanc

The Regent was fermented on skins for two weeks with a few days soaking and then aged in Hungarian oak for 12 months. The Pinot Blanc brings lovely aromatics to the wine and nice fruit texture with balanced acidity. The resulting wine is soft and fruity, perfect for a summer bbqs. Can be served lightly chilled.
