Join us for a decadent three course candlelit supper with live music. With a glass of Burn Valley Wine on arrival followed by a delicious three course dinner - see below- it will all make for a luxurious evening.
Amuse bouche
Starter - Coquille St Jaques with toast
Main - Trio of pork - cheek, belly and tenderloin served with pomme anna potatoes, celeriac and apple puree, chantenay carrots, wilted baby spinach, caramelised apple and calvados infused jus.
Dessert - Hot chocolate mousse with cinnamon doughnuts and vanilla icecream
